Site Coordinator
Do you thrive on solving problems, tackling challenges under pressure, and delivering exceptional results? If so, we’re looking for a Site Coordinator to join our team and make a meaningful impact!
In this role, reporting directly to the Site Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our team and the customer, ensuring smooth operations at our customer’s site. Your ability to respond with urgency, maintain effective communication, and manage technical aspects of the job will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities- Respond quickly to line halts to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
- Install and optimize tools; set up new equipment and adjust existing ones for maximum performance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain Atlas Copco tools and equipment to ensure continued operation and performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance, ensuring tools are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, addressing their needs with professionalism and responsiveness.
- 2–3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend schematics; proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Directly report to Tesla’s facility in Austin, TX. This is a 1st shift opening (6 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday) with occasional overtime as needed. Flexibility is essential as schedules may change based on company needs.
