.This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, and shipping, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent output of high-performance plastic films and bag product
s. The position requires a strong understanding of extrusion-based manufacturing and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment
- es Oversee daily operations of a plastics extrusion and converting facili
ty (film production, slitting, bag makin - g)
Lead and develop supervisors and production teams within a multi-shift environme - nt Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., throughput, scrap, uptime) and report results to leadersh
- ip Coordinate production planning, raw material usage (resins), and inventory contr
- ol Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and operational procedur
- es Partner with maintenance to maintain uptime of extrusion lines, dies, and auxiliary equipme
nt Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, efficiency, and waste reducti - on Support workforce management and training efforts in collaboration with
- ons Experience in a manufacturing leadership role with
