We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing machine shop team here s position will be responsible for setting up and operating multiple CNC machines within the facility. The role requires a self‑motivated, safety‑focused machinist who strives for quality and delivery.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and maintain a safe work environment for team members.
• Report any safety incidents or violations.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Ensure Quality Management System policies and procedures are followed.
• Report nonconforming products to leadership.
• Inspect all machined products per specifications.
• Operate multiple CNC machines efficiently.
• Meet daily production targets set for the work area.

• 1+ years of experience setting up and running CNC machines.
• 1+ years of experience using precision measuring tools.
• 1+ years of blueprint reading.
• Ability to read and understand G and M code programming.
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

• Self‑starter.
• Driven and goal‑oriented.
• Desire to grow and advance in the field.

• Lift, carry, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or sit for extended periods.
