Closets by Design is expanding and adding two dependable individuals to our Production Team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for a long‑term opportunity with a stable company. We invest in training the right people and promote from within.

• Manufacture custom closet and cabinet components
• Operate professional woodworking machinery and production equipment
• Assemble and finish high‑quality custom products
• Learn our product lines and manufacturing process
• Follow company safety and quality standards

• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Takes pride in producing quality work
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Can learn quickly and follow instructions
• Is comfortable using tools and working with their hands

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic math skills including fractions
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
