Base Power Company is seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Austin, TX. You will assemble battery storage systems on a fast‑paced line, follow BOMs and SOPs, perform quality inspections, and ensure safety with proper PPE and 5S practices.
You should be reliable, able to lift 50–70 lbs, stand for long shifts, and communicate in English. This hands‑on role offers growth opportunities as we scale.
