Job Description
Highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with automated retrieval systems.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, process, and store incoming materials, supplies, and equipment within Oracle ERP.
- Transport materials and supplies to designated areas using pallet jacks and other material‑handling equipment.
- Ensure accurate labeling, tracking, and documentation of all materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damage.
- Provide material support to production teams by delivering materials and supplies to production lines.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols; report any safety incidents or near‑misses.
- Ensure all materials and supplies are handled and stored in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality, regarding material handling and inventory issues.
- Environment:
Semiconductor manufacturing facility with cleanroom and non‑cleanroom areas. - Temperature:
Temperature‑controlled environment with potential for varying temperatures. - Noise:
Moderate noise levels. - Physical demands:
Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
High School/GED
Additional Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of work experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes.
- Sense of urgency.
- Customer focused.
- Experience with Oracle ERP.
- Experience with cycle counts.
- Experience with X‑ray for small sensitive components.
- ESD awareness.
- MSD experience.
- Microsoft Office experience.
Full‑time Salary Range: $41,844 - $66,952.
Salary is based on market pay structures and adjusted for business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
