SummaryBrivo is growing and seeking an entry‑level Assembly Technician. This role is paid $16.00 – $18.00 per hour and works closely with the Supply Chain Manager and the manufacturing team to ensure all computer‑type equipment is assembled to standard according to SOPs and is ready for the customer. The position offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in hardware manufacturing and technology, with room for growth into Advanced Assembly, Quality Control, RMA/Hardware Repair, Manufacturing Operations, and other technical roles.

- RMA (Hardware Repair & Diagnostics) Technician
- Manufacturing Technician

- Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain roles
- Prepare and assemble materials, switches, bridges, CMVRs
- Build product sub‑assemblies or final assemblies
- Assemble and disassemble computers efficiently
- Maintain strong knowledge of all computer hardware components (chipsets, RAM, CPUs)
- Load software and test equipment upon assembly completion
- Navigate and operate BIOS during software download
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to reduce manufacturing defects
- Apply hardware troubleshooting capabilities to equipment, devices, or products
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Communicate clearly to ensure manufacturing process accuracy
- Clean production equipment and work areas per procedures, rules, and regulations
- 8‑hour shift (starting at 7 am or 8 am)
- Ability to bend, stand, move inventory, and assemble the product for 8 hours/day
- Physical ability to lift 20‑50 pounds
- Basic electrical tool skills a plus
- Experience with computer or server assembly a plus
