Our innovative client are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join their team in the North Austin area.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in battery assembly, EV/energy storage systems, aerospace electronics, or other precision electromechanical assembly environments.
- Proficient in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, torque specifications, and quality inspection practices.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and detailed work instructions.
- Hands‑on experience with tools and equipment such as multimeters, high‑voltage tools, crimpers, laser welders, torque tools, and leak‑test or electrical test equipment.
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, and test teams.
- High‑voltage battery pack assembly and laser welding experience preferred
