Base is seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Austin, TX, building advanced battery storage systems on our production lines. You will follow BOMs and SOPs, perform visual inspections, and work to meet high quality standards.
This hands-on role requires reliability and the ability to stand for long shifts, lift 50–70 lbs, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. A growth mindset and teamwork are valued as we scale our operations.
