You'll help build the supply chain behind one of the fastest-moving companies in clean energy, with direct mentorship from the team scaling our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support supplier negotiations, including quoting, cost analysis, and vendor evaluation
- Contribute to process and assembly development for P3 modules, working with vendors to translate designs into repeatable, scalable manufacturing processes
- Work with metal, glass, and ceramic fabrication methods and equipment, assessing vendor capabilities and supporting quality and process improvements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Interest in supplier management and negotiation, with strong analytical and communication skills
- Exposure to or strong interest in manufacturing process and assembly development
- Familiarity with metal, glass, and ceramic fabrication methods and equipment (coursework, projects, or hands-on experience)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment spanning the factory floor and vendor sites
