Build large, complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies from scratch, start to finish, for use in industrial products similar to aviation and aerospace applications;
Interpret and work from drawings and diagrams to create complex wire harnesses without relying on completed formal schematics;
Assemble harnesses that include D38999 or similar connectors and other aerospace or military-style connectors;
Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and label wires accurately, ensuring high-quality and reliable electrical connections;
Use mechanical and electrical assembly tools, including torque wrenches, crimpers, cutting tools, and basic hand tools, to complete daily production tasks
