Job Description
Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for Product Test Technicians on all shifts, located in Austin, Texas. The role involves setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Candidates will determine and may develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams; test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems; and may complete rework on assemblies or systems as a result of testing.
Technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems will be prepared, and assistance in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment may be required.

- Competitive Pay Differentials – Earn more for flexible schedules:
- 2nd Shift: +10%
- Weekend Shift: +15% (3x12 hour shifts, paid for 40 hours)
- 1st Shift: Monday‑Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm
- Upcoming Weekend Shift: Friday‑Sunday 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Perform selection of specialized test equipment, set‑up, calibration, helium leak testing, and mechanical assemblies.
- Apply knowledge of transducers, mass flow controllers, regulators, and pneumatic valve components.
- Read flow diagram drawings.
- Troubleshoot, debug, isolate defects, and assist in solving issues.
- Work independently with moderate supervision.

- 2‑4+ years of production or related experience, ideally with digital and/or analog systems testing.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
