You'll help stand up manufacturing at one of the fastest-moving companies in clean energy, with direct mentorship from the team scaling our production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to process and assembly development for P3 modules, helping define, document, and improve repeatable manufacturing processes
- Work with metal, glass, and ceramic fabrication methods and equipment as we develop and refine our production capabilities
- Support supplier negotiations, including quoting, cost analysis, and evaluating suppliers of materials and components
- Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Interest in manufacturing process and assembly development, with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with metal, glass, and ceramic fabrication methods and equipment (coursework, projects, or hands-on experience)
- Exposure to or strong interest in supplier negotiations and cost analysis
- Comfort working in an active factory environment
