Job Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $68,000 - $93,500

- Supervise employees involved in assembly, inspection, testing, and final testing of capital equipment, systems, and components.
- Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
- Participate in operational meetings.
- Support development and tracking of organizational performance metrics.
- Schedule and conduct milestone meetings.
- Meet or improve cycle-time performance and other metrics.
- Ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and act as interface for customer/vendor requirements.
- Analyze cost-of-quality opportunities and initiate corrective action.
- Oversee prevention of employee accidents and injuries.
- Ensure all employees receive and follow appropriate environmental, health, and safety training.
- Implement, emphasize importance of, and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Develop personnel through training and career development; manage performance management process, including goal setting and coaching.
- Manage employee selection, hiring, reward, and discipline processes.
- Support analysis and plans for maximum production capacity optimization.
- Implement and monitor manufacturing processes that collect, analyze, and report key measurement data and real-time status.
- Identify process and quality changes to improve manufacturing or department capabilities.
- Drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives and take corrective action.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, lift, and distinguish colors.
- Endurance to work in noisy environments that may be challenging for individuals with noise sensitivity.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Experience working in a clean room and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
Demonstrates understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own job family and basic knowledge of related job families.
