Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Production QC/QA
Role Summary
As a Photo Process Technician, you will perform manufacturing and system operations tasks including set‑up, calibration, support, maintenance, failure analysis, documentation, and rework for memory chip and logic production. You will use advanced software to gather and analyze data, and adjust processes inline.
Responsibilities- Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in‑line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes.
- Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines.
- Follow standard operating procedures for equipment/process/system maintenance and load to ensure effective operation.
- Conduct failure analysis, troubleshoot, and follow scripts to anticipate future failures.
- Monitor equipment and processes, proactively seeking ways to improve them.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification (or 4 years equivalent technical military service).
- Minimum 2+ years of related work experience.
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Dental Assistant, or other medical technologist (external equivalents acceptable).
- Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
- Understanding of TPM concepts.
Base salary range: $18.60 per hour – $60.40 per hour, depending on duties, location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package and may include incentive compensation based on individual and organizational performance.
Work ScheduleDay shifts:
A Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays.
C Shift – Thursday through Saturday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays.
