Company: Leading U.S. Semiconductor Manufacturer

Location: North Austin, TX (On-Site)

Pay: 21–$25/hour (based on experience) + shift differentials for nights

Shifts: 12-hour compressed schedule (3-4 days/week, alternating)

  • Perform routine process checks, inspections, and basic troubleshooting to ensure seamless high-volume chip production.
  • Track and manage wafer lots using intuitive computer systems (full training provided—no tech expertise required).
  • Operate microscopes, measurement tools, and automated equipment in a controlled cleanroom setting.
  • Adhere to precise procedures and safety protocols to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced technicians to keep operations running 24/7.
What We're Looking For
  • A technical aptitude with strong attention to detail and a commitment to following step-by-step processes.
  • Reliability and the ability to maintain focus during 12-hour shifts while wearing full PPE (cleanroom suit).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check/drug screen.
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, lab work, quality control, or assembly.
  • Familiarity with data entry, inspection tools, or basic metrics tracking.
  • Any hands-on mechanical or technical hobbies (e.g., automotive, electronics, or DIY projects).
