As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Technician at Base, you'll play a hands‑on role in bringing new battery products and manufacturing processes from early prototypes to full production. You'll support prototype builds, validate manufacturing processes, and ensure each trial meets product specifications. Along the way, you'll document observations, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help refine processes that will eventually scale across our production lines.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing while helping turn new ideas into real, scalable products.

• Experience supporting prototype builds, pre‑production runs, or early manufacturing trials
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions and mechanical drawings, with basic electrical knowledge
• High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail while maintaining speed and efficiency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Reliable, proactive, and quality‑focused with strong initiative

The New Product Introduction (NPI) team is responsible for bridging the gap between engineering design and scalable manufacturing ry prototype build, process validation, and trial run helps transform early concepts into reliable production systems. Your work will directly shape how our batteries are built at scale, refining the processes that power the factories of the future. As part of this team, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams while gaining exposure to cutting‑edge battery technology and advanced production systems.
