- oSchedule and coordinate the flow of materials between production stages in producing Ichor products.
- oReview production schedules to anticipate required materials, equipment and supplies.
- oProvide input to management to reschedule in case of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions
- oManage WIP variances at the work order level and work with manufacturing production and stores to ensure timely and accurate material management
- oManage change activity to WIP jobs at the work order level
- oWork independently with minimal supervision
- oKnowledge of operating and scheduling procedures and processes
- oAbility to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- oGood verbal and written communication skills
- oGood MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- oSolid knowledge of MRP, Oracle and Agile systems
- oAbility to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- o3-5+ years production planning, scheduling or related work experience
- oA.A. Degree or equivalent experience, or any combination of education and experience
- oAdvanced experience using MRP, Oracle and Agile systems
- oCPIM or APICS Certification
