Manufacturing Technician to join our innovative client's team in Austin, TX. In this critical role, you won't just assemble parts—you'll be the technical backbone, utilizing schematics, wiring diagrams, and test fixtures (including leak detectors and vacuum pumps) to bring complex electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems to life. salary: $20 - $25 per hour

- Assemble, repair, and test complex electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems, subassemblies, and components. Utilize routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and both written and verbal instructions to guide all processes.
- Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshoot malfunctions, execute necessary repairs, and ensure the timely identification and correction of errors.
- Testing and Measurement:
Conduct component and subassembly testing using specialized equipment, including test fixtures, electronic measurement devices, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps. - Observe and maintain all safety standards, policies, and procedures. Proactively contribute to a secure, safe, and clean work environment. Attend required safety training, use protective equipment correctly, and promptly report all safety hazards, accidents, or emergencies.
- Accurately document finished work and enter critical data (progress, work expense, and labor details) into computer systems. May involve computer programming, software management, or repair.
- Receive and audit parts to confirm availability and quality for build, test, and repair operations. Inspect all parts for defects. Proactively identify and troubleshoot opportunities to improve existing processes.
