Base is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to help lead our growing manufacturing team. As one of our first supervisors, you will help establish the culture on the production floor and drive our ambitious ramp targets, while prioritizing safety and quality.
You will guide Production Associates, work with engineering and warehouse teams to maximize output, and apply Lean and 5S to reduce waste and sustain high standards as we scale battery systems to meet demand.
