Process Technician (Injection Molding) – 2nd Shift (Onsite Only)

12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653 Shift: 2nd Shift (M-F, 2:30PM - 10:30PM) Onsite Only – No Remote Option

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Process Technician to ensure smooth production flow and mold preparation for injection molding operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll set up molds, troubleshoot machines, and maintain process parameters to deliver high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and adjust injection molding machines to correct process parameters.
  • Troubleshoot machines, robots, and material feed systems (Engel, Krauss Maffei, Husky machines; Kuka robots; Piovan systems).
  • Ensure mold preparation and changeovers are completed efficiently.
  • Monitor production to prevent downtime and maintain quality standards.
  • Remove scrap and manage material flow to machines on time.
  • Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements.
What We're Looking For

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years in injection molding process setup and troubleshooting.

Skills:

Strong understanding of injection molding processes. Ability to operate overhead cranes and handle mold lifting equipment safely. Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for entire shift. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
