Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator (BH-20481)

Location Austin, United States Sector Manufacturing & Production Salary 52,000.00 US to 62,000.00 US per annum

The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX, looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator who is organized, safety-focused, and proactive to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, material logistics, and production support while helping maintain an efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain incoming materials, components, and production supplies.
  • Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, material movement, and production staging.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and timely delivery of materials to production workstations.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Partner with production, procurement, and operations teams to address material shortages and workflow issues.
  • Monitor production activities to ensure materials are available and processes meet quality and safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, material flow, warehouse organization, and overall processes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics, inventory control, and inventory management systems.
  • Forklift and scissor lift certification.
  • Experience with home construction and knowledge of construction materials/building processes strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read production schedules and work orders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
