Beverage Production Lead

Who is Nulixir? Nulixir is a nano‑biotechnology start‑up that develops, manufactures, and licenses intellectual property for smart nanocarriers, called nanovesicles, to optimize the performance of functional ingredients in food and beverage products.

Nulixir is looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead operations of our in‑house beverage canning line.

Austin, TX Metropolitan Area – HQ facilities.

• Manage a growing team of Production Operators (10‑15)
• Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
• Train and supervise line workers to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure a healthy and safe manufacturing environment for all employees in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products

• Previous experience in a supervisor/lead role, preferably in the food industry
• Previous experience operating/leading a bottling/canning line
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to fabricate, sanitize, and package products according to specifications
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

$24 - $30 hr

• On-the-job training

10 hour shift, 8 hour shift

Full‑time

• Bottling Line: 2 years (Required)
• Language – English (Preferred), Spanish (Preferred)
• Ability to Relocate – Austin, TX 78754 (Required)
