ICON is seeking an on-site Materials Production Manager at our Austin, TX facility to lead Formcrete production for the Titan program. You will manage the fixed batch plant and upcoming Mobile Batch Plant, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time supply to print crews across sites.
You will supervise a production team, develop SOPs, refine dashboards and data reporting, and coordinate with Print, Logistics and QA teams to support continuous construction printing capabilities.
