Job Summary

Responsible for the set-up and operation of a wave solder machine for soldering within the process. Adjusts the speed, temperature and makes other adjustments.

Shift: 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:15am (Sunday-Thursday)

Principle Accountabilities:

• Set up and operates a wave solder machine.
• Operates finger cleaner pump, conveyor and IR pre-heaters.
• Troubleshoots problem areas.
• Runs product.
• Provides preventative and daily/weekly maintenance.
• Operates all machine functions, e.g. fluxer, hot air knife, conveyor and pre-heaters.
• Identifies defects and enters data into shop floor control system.
• May clean dross out of solder pot.

Education / Experience

• Completion of a high school degree or equivalent is preferred. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 1 year of related experience
