We’re looking for an experienced Senior Production Planner, highly detail-oriented manufacturing planner who can juggle multiple work orders and production dependencies, optimise bottlenecks and build short-term schedules that protect customer ship dates.
Austin, TX
Full-time | On-site
You’ll be responsible for:- Developing and maintaining production schedules and the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Balancing capacity, material availability, inventory, and customer demand
- Identifying and resolving material shortages and production constraints
- Monitoring production progress and protecting on-time delivery
- Managing and improving ERP/MRP planning data
- Supporting capacity planning, forward scheduling, lead-time analysis, and make-vs-buy decisions
- Working closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management
- 5+ years in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Experience with in aerospace, space, defence, automotive, electronics, or complex manufacturing
- Strong ERP/MRP and/or MES experience
- Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
