Temp-to-Hire OpportunityHiring for a Training Class Starting Monday, September 21st
Multiple Openings Available | $21/hour
Are you detail-oriented, good with your hands, and interested in learning specialized assembly skills? Our client is hiring Assembly Technicians to join their production team. On-site training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, production, wiring, electronics, mechanical assembly, automotive, aviation, military, or other hands-on technical experience.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential for individuals who enjoy precision work and take pride in producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Gather parts, tools, materials, and subassemblies for production.
- Build electronic and mechanical assemblies using engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wire lists, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and assembly documentation.
- Assemble cables, harnesses, wiring, panels, chassis, and related components.
- Test electronic components and completed assemblies.
- Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and proper workmanship.
- Use hand tools, crimpers, soldering equipment, and other assembly tools.
- Follow IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 quality standards (training provided).

- Aerospace, defense, aviation, automotive, or military technical work
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills, including fractions, measurements, ratios, and proportions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive assembly work for extended periods.
- Must be able reliably commute to the Dripping Springs (78737) area.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR-related requirements.
