Job Title/High-Level Position SummaryAs a Clean Room Operator at ENOVIS Surgical, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of our manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and operating clean room equipment, following strict protocols and quality standards, and contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices,
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the sterilization of medical devices using validated methods.
- Maintain accurate sterilization records and logs.
- Performs various tasks which may include but is not limited to; generating and affixing labels, cleaning/dusting products, boxing and packaging, sterilizing product, using heat sealing machines and materials, lifting and fitting.
- Verifies and maintains quantities, lot numbers, serial numbers, and cycle counts.
- Complete production batch records, work orders, and inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Completes documentation and records as needed.
- Performs daily reporting as needed.
- Performs maintenance responsibilities as needed and keeps surrounding area clean, safe and organized.
- Develops and recommends new methods to improve processes.
- Follows and complies with Company policies, standards, and practices.
- May be assigned to specialized packaging such as working in a clean room environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate degree or vocational training in a related field. - Prior experience working in a clean room environment, preferably in a medical device manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sterility.
- Ability to follow strict protocols and adhere to quality standards.
- Basic understanding of clean room equipment and aseptic techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Must be able to stand long periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, twist and lift overhead.
- Must be able to pack & unpack boxes.
- Must possess professional ethics and demeanor.
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service.
