VVater is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to own the factory floor in Austin, leading fabrication, electrical, controls, and assembly from start to finish. You will set daily drumbeat, coordinate shifts, and ensure on-time builds to meet the master production schedule.
You will mentor a diverse shop-floor team, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and partner with engineering on DFMA and ECOs while maintaining ERP/MRP discipline and cost control.
