Manufacturing Operations - Logistics Associate II

You are: An experienced Operations Logistics Associate with a strong background in warehouse and manufacturing environments. You have hands-on forklift and machine operator experience and are comfortable supporting production, inventory, and material flow in a fast-paced operation.

This position pays: $29.60/HR.

Schedule:

Sun – Wed 11:00pm – 7:30am or Wed – Sun 11:00pm – 7:30am

Start/End Dates: 10/27/2026 – 4/26/2027

• Operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment safely to move and support materials throughout the facility.
• Manage material flow, inventory movements, kitting, and timely delivery of parts to production and General Assembly.
• Use warehouse/inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory, resolve discrepancies, and support production schedules.
• Support shipping, receiving, lineside delivery, milk-run preparation, and indirect material storage.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and 5S standards while maintaining an organized work area.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to quickly resolve material needs and keep operations moving.

• 2–4 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material-handling experience.
• Required:
  
  Hands-on forklift operation experience.
• Required:
  
  Machine operator or manufacturing equipment experience.
• Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems; SAP is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely operate heavy warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• A “get it done” attitude, sense of urgency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
