As our company and reach continue to grow, we’re looking for a Content Writer & Community Manager who can shape the day-to-day experience of our community by crafting thoughtful, provoking content and bringing it to life through meaningful engagement across our programs, groups, forums and communications for our students.

While this is not a marketing position, we believe that marketing is the process of creating the attitudes, beliefs and conditions people need to say yes to themselves. Because of that, marketing doesn’t stop once someone enters our programs. Marketing continues through their entire journey with us as we continue to re-enroll students in themselves, the mission of the program and the commitment they made to their highest potential.

Content Writer & Community Manager

Here’s What the Role Will Look Like for You:

As a key team member of our Campus Department you’ll be the spark that ignites students' enthusiasm for attending trainings, workshops, Accelerators and keeping them informed every step of the way throughout our programs. With your captivating writing and engaging social posts, you'll inspire students to conquer their business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging emails and posts infused with behavioral design, marketing savvy and adult learning principles to inform and excite students across all of our programs
  • Tailor content to our brand voice, structure compelling campaigns and provide personalized support through regular outreach, encouraging a vibrant community atmosphere
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets such as eye-catching graphics for Facebook & Forum groups
  • Track, analyze and report KPIs on content – that capture students' attention and motivates action – using insights to develop a powerful future content strategy for an exceptional student experience
  • Moderate Facebook and Forum groups, including member approvals, removals and post deletions
  • Manage content calendars, projects and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery in the brand voice and of the highest quality, to increase student retention, referrals and repeat sales
  • Demonstrate a deep commitment to student engagement and results
  • Attend quarterly student Accelerator Workshops and support the team in all areas needed (virtual)
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the quality and accuracy of your written content, including thorough proofreading, fact-checking and adherence to brand voice guidelines - before submitting to the team for review
  • Stay up-to-date and highly attuned to program happenings and student experiences, consistently proposing and testing ideas to drive more students towards successful outcomes
About You
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Content Writer & Community Manager - ideally with experience in online education
