What You’ll Do

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts across rand*’s Austin and Houston offices. This includes the management of proposals, interview materials and other marketing content. This role is responsible for elevating the rand
* brand throughout Texas and supports business development strategy, social media, industry organization participation and event management.

The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, operations, and preconstruction teams within our national marketing team. While based in our Austin office, this position reports to the National Marketing and Strategy Director located in our Washington, D.C. headquarters.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight and creation of highly custom qualification packages and proposals.
  • Oversight and creation of presentation materials.
  • Developing and implementing our brand strategy in the Texas markets with support of the national Marketing Director and Texas Office Leads.
  • Elevating the rand
    * brand through social media and industry organization participation.
  • Planning and executing internal and external events.
  • Tracking and researching upcoming project leads.
  • Ensuring our CRM is updated with accurate opportunity and project information.
  • Ensuring cross functional/departmental collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Preferred Candidates will also possess the following:
  • Strong experience and network in the AEC industry
  • Proficiency in developing marketing materials using Adobe Suite
  • Technical writing skills
  • Strategic thinking with ability to execute
  • Client service mindset, adaptability and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Communication, Business, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred
  • 8+ years of marketing, business development, or project management experience in the AEC industry
