PartTime Marketing Specialist

Air Runs Services is seeking an experienced Part-Time Marketing Specialist with a strong background in HVAC and Plumbing marketing. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive service calls, increase brand awareness, and support continued growth in our residential and commercial service divisions. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on marketing experience specifically within the HVAC and Plumbing industry.

Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on HVAC and Plumbing service growth
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Local Services Ads, social media, etc.)
• Oversee local SEO, online listings, and review generation strategies
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Manage website content updates, promotions, and service offerings
• Support branding and messaging consistency across all platforms
• Identify new opportunities to increase service call volume and market share

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the HVAC and Plumbing industry
• Proven experience in marketing HVAC and Plumbing service divisions
• Strong understanding of local service marketing, lead generation, and conversion strategies
• Experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in marketing in competitive local service markets
• Familiarity with the Austin, TX market
• Experience working with growing or scaling service companies
