Join us as the Team Lead and Marketing Communications Senior Manager for ENT and shape how our ENT division shows up across digital channels, brand communications and integrated marketing. This is a great opportunity to lead a talented team, elevate a global brand and drive impactful campaigns that support product adoption and growth. This role can be based in Austin Texas or performed remotely within the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the ENT division's digital marketing strategy across web, social and paid channels
  • Develop ENT specific digital channel plans and oversee campaign execution
  • Create and manage digital metrics, dashboards and ROI reporting
  • Build and refine brand and product messaging in partnership with product marketing
  • Ensure consistent, compliant and integrated messaging across all channels
  • Oversee project workflows and approvals through the Digital Asset Management platform
  • Lead, guide and coach direct reports as well as external communications partners
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on digital strategy, brand positioning and communications
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal and ENT Leadership
  • Manage creative and account team members
  • Ensure all marketing and digital communications meet Regulatory and Compliance requirements
  • Lead design and promotion of conferences, trade shows and virtual events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, communication, PR or related field
  • More than 10 years' experience in marketing communications, PR or marketing
  • Experience working in a global organization is preferred
  • Medical device, marcom or agency background is a plus
  • Strong project management capability with ability to independently lead complex work
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic matrix environment
  • Highly organized, creative, flexible and goal oriented
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel approximately 5 to 10 percent

Compensation

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $119,000 - $179,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew.

Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
