Paid Search Coordinator; Google Ads

We’re looking for a driven Paid Search Coordinator to plan, execute and optimize high‑performing digital advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone ready to make an impact through data‑driven strategy and hands‑on execution across paid search and paid social.

• This is a hybrid role in Austin, TX (2x per week). This is not a remote position.
• Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

• Build, manage and scale paid search and paid social campaigns
• Conduct keyword research to maximize traffic, sales and ROI/ROAS
• Monitor and optimize performance using Google Analytics and platform insights
• Develop recommendations for keyword and campaign expansion
• Produce weekly performance reports and insights
• Support cross‑team initiatives and long‑term brand strategies
• Stay current with trends and work with external vendors as needed

• Candidates currently in Austin, TX and able to work on‑site (2x per week)
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Ads
• Proven success managing large‑scale PPC campaigns
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven and comfortable presenting to executives
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
