- Supports multifamily capital markets groups based in Central Texas including investment sales conventional and land teams, debt and structured finance team, and national manufactured housing team
- Lead marketing projects from concept to delivery across multiple groups, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet deadlines and align with established templates and branding guidelines
- Design, prepare, and write content for pitches, presentations, and property marketing collateral with creativity and visual sophistication
- Follow Newmark branding guidelines to ensure consistency while contributing fresh ideas to enhance the brand
- Conduct and synthesize market research for Central Texas region into compelling, data-driven insights
- Create and manage listing websites, marketing campaigns, and sold announcements
- Collaborate with corporate communications on press releases for closed deals
- Stay ahead of design and marketing trends to elevate brand awareness and differentiate from competitors
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for photography, video/aerial footage, and virtual tours, ensuring deliverables are professional and on schedule
- Respond to inquiries from clients with clarity and professionalism
- Report to Regional Director of Marketing and support broader team initiatives as needed
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, polished deliverables
- Exceptional design and creative skills with mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Strong analytical and research skills, able to synthesize data into actionable, visually compelling insights
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, using judgment and initiative to keep projects moving
- Collaborative team player who can work across groups while maintaining a high standard of output
- Proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to elevate challenges with thoughtful recommendations
- Knowledge of commercial real estate industry
- Experience with CRM/database platforms for real estate management, including listing websites
- Experience with project management platforms such as Asana and other workflow templates
- Proficiency with Microsoft-based organization tools, including One Drive and Share Point
- Mac and PC experience
- HTML/CSS for basic customization of web assets
- Foleon or other digital publication platforms
