A rapidly growing, nationally recognized restaurant brand is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to drive sales and traffic growth across multiple markets. This role plays a critical part in leading high-impact menu launches, promotional campaigns, digital merchandising, and new restaurant opening initiatives.

Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering seamless execution of promotional rollouts and new restaurant opening campaigns while optimizing digital platforms to drive revenue and guest engagement. This individual partners closely with Operations, Culinary, Training, IT, and agency partners to ensure every campaign performs at the highest level.
This role requires both analytical thinking and hands‑on project leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, efficient, and results‑driven.
Key Responsibilities Menu & Promotional Campaign Management- Analyze guest insights, competitive trends, and market data to support new menu innovation and promotional strategies
- Lead cross‑functional rollout planning to ensure flawless campaign execution
- Manage creative production timelines across all marketing channels
- Communicate campaign details clearly to field operators
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust live campaigns as needed
- Publish monthly recaps highlighting sales results and guest feedback
- Develop and execute comprehensive opening strategies that drive awareness and exceed sales targets
- Ensure all marketing elements (creative assets, signage, listings, paid media, and local outreach) launch on time and accurately
- Support grand openings and key promotional activations
- Track post‑opening performance and optimize campaigns during the first six months
- Deliver performance scorecards comparing results to forecast
- Own website content updates supporting promotions and new menu launches
- Partner with web/IT teams on site enhancements and performance improvements
- Execute SEO strategies (keyword optimization, metadata, structure improvements)
- Monitor analytics and identify opportunities to improve traffic and conversion
- Manage digital menu boards and in‑restaurant merchandising screens to drive incremental sales
- Produce website and SEO performance reporting
- Support PR campaigns, national activations, and brand initiatives
- Conduct ongoing competitive research and industry trend analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with workflow/project management tools
- Website CMS and Google Analytics experience preferred
- Ability to travel 1–3 nights occasionally
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
- Composed under pressure with strong problem‑solving capabilities
