Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Market Manager to join our team. The Market Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to meet company objectives. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in marketing, and the ability to think strategically.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop integrated marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Present regular reports on marketing performance.
• Represent Swish Dental in a professional manner and display positive interaction with all customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Assist with special projects as necessary
• Proactively provide expertise on marketing topics
• Assist with branding projects including but not limited to marketing materials and swag
• Other duties that may apply

• Strong organizational skills
  
  Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and software.
