Key Responsibilities
The Head of Marketing for Blue spring Wealth Partners will enhance the overall marketing strategy and drive execution to increase awareness and demand for each business. The leader will work with the Business Unit President, Pradeep Jayaraman, and Leaders (Business Development, COO, Revenue Growth, Operations) to create marketing and communication strategies that increase awareness and support the recruitment of advisors to join Blue spring Wealth Partners.
The Head of Marketing will collaborate with the business team to identify insights and develop effective marketing and branding strategies.
This role will lead a matrix team responsible for all elements of an integrated, end-to-end marketing function, including media, brand, product, and solution marketing, content and thought leadership, campaigns, demand generation, digital marketing, events, public relations, and strategic communications.
- Own the strategic thinking, development, ideation, and execution of best-in-class integrated marketing plans and strategies through various channels, including websites, social media, industry marketing, events, and PR campaigns.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the matrix team, including marketing content and collateral, demand generation, and in-house design.
- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including the design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Lead Generation professionals to develop, execute, and optimize business development, marketing, and lead gen activities for each company, drive interest, and support recruiting efforts.
- Collaborate with Communication colleagues to develop a unified messaging, positioning, and narrative that ensures consistent communication across all business units, both internally and externally, through all key brand touchpoints.
- Develop and manage marketing plans and corresponding budgets to meet revenue and brand health goals. Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and campaign results.
- Measure the performance of all marketing activities and lead generation campaigns, assess ROI against KPIs, and refine activities and strategies to achieve them.
