Willpower is on the hunt for an energetic and organized Events & Partnerships Manager to lead the charge on some of the most exciting wellness, performance, and brand activations in the country. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of community building, strategic partnerships, and unforgettable events
. You’ll collaborate directly with the Founder of Willpower to build and scale the Willpower community nationally (starting with Austin, NYC & LA).

Type: Full-Time [Contractor]
Compensation: $100k - 160k OTE (On-Target Earnings) Base: $60-80k + $40-80k OTE + Uncapped Commissions

The Opportunity:Events & Partnerships Manager
You’ll be a key builder in the Willpower ecosystem to bring events and partnerships to life. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder and manage high-level brand activations, strategic relationships, and internal event teams.
You Are:- A builder with 3-4+ years in events, brand, experiential agency, or community.
- Obsessed with organization + getting shit done

- Fluent in the world of CPG, wellness, sports, or performance
. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow fast inside a dynamic platform.
- Work with iconic brands

: consumer, defense, sports, tech. - Autonomy + creativity
: shape the platform with the founder. - Grow your network with the most interesting people in the space.
