About the Role

We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. This person will play a pivotal role in defining and amplifying Osano's story as the leading data privacy management platform across our target markets.

This position is ideal for a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented product marketer who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments. You are equally comfortable developing differentiated positioning and messaging as you are driving cross-functional go-to-market execution. As a player/coach, you will initially operate as a team of one with the opportunity to build and scale the Product Marketing function as the company grows.
Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of differentiated product positioning and persona-driven messaging
  • Champion compelling storytelling that sets the narrative for Osano's offerings in the privacy and trust management landscape
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions
Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Define and execute comprehensive, cross-functional go-to-market strategies for new and existing product launches
  • Own product launch strategy and drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Ensure successful execution across the full product and sales lifecycle
Sales Enablement & Revenue Partnership
  • Develop and optimize sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials
  • Equip and train Sales teams on Osano's value proposition and competitive differentiation
  • Establish strong bi-directional feedback loops between Sales and Product
Content & Campaign Strategy
  • Oversee creation of high-impact marketing collateral (web copy, webinars, sales decks, demo videos, sales plays, etc.)
  • Partner with Revenue Marketing to design campaigns that drive pipeline growth, expansion, and conversion
Market & Competitive Intelligence
    • Serve as the company's subject matter expert on competitive intelligence and industry trends
    • Own relationships with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) to elevate Osano's position in key reports
    • Continuously monitor the AI and privacy landscape to inform positioning and strategy
About You
  • You are a strategic consultant and visionary product marketer who balances big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
  • You thrive in early-stage, high-growth environments and enjoy building scalable foundations
  • You take pride in clear, concise communication and understand its role in building trust
  • You are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • You're knowledgeable about the AI landscape and have a bias toward leveraging modern tools responsibly and effectively
  • You're comfortable operating autonomously in a remote environment while proactively collaborating cross-functionally
Must-Haves:
  • 7+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional product launches
  • Strong background in positioning, messaging, and persona development
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into differentiated business value
  • Experience working in market-led SaaS organizations
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in privacy, compliance, legal tech, cybersecurity, or adjacent industries
  • Experience building or managing a high-performing Product Marketing team
  • Familiarity with Hub Spot Marketing Hub and CRM
  • Experience working with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
