Job Description
The Global OEM Marketing team is responsible for defining marketing strategies and programs that support co-marketing efforts with OEM partners. This role will support Dell-led marketing plans, sales enablement, product launches, and partner marketing deliverables to drive awareness and demand for AMD-powered PCs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day engagement with Dell Alliance and cross-functional teams on marketing plans and activations.
- Collaborate on annual AMD–Dell marketing investment plans and track OEM budgets and funding.
- Monitor marketing spend, funding analysis, and compliance with contract guidelines.
- Support development and tracking of marketing programs, campaigns, and activities dashboards
. - Maintain competitive marketing landscape insights to support marketing strategy.
- Track regional marketing execution with KPIs and performance metrics
. - Coordinate sales enablement assets and marketing materials for internal AMD teams.
- Develop and manage project timelines, launch calendars, and key milestones
. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage communication across teams.
- Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning.
- Strong background in project management, marketing operations, and business planning
. - Experience working with OEM marketing and sales organizations
. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
