All Día is an Austin-born, ultra-premium, spirit-based RTD crafted for the wellness‑conscious drinker. We exist to bridge the gap between “No‑Alc” and full‑strength cocktails with the lightest spirit RTD on the market: 2.5% ABV and just 50 calories

The Mission

Your primary objective is to make the Territory Manager’s job easier by providing high‑level “Air Cover”. You are the manager of Central Texas’s social rolodex, securing our presence at elite social clubs, galas, and festivals. You are part event planner, part growth hacker, and 100% brand obsessed – managing our partners to ensure creative work translates directly into depletions. You are the social media engine behind All Día!

Core

Responsibilities
  • High‑Impact Activations:
    Secure and manage All Día’s presence at major events and festivals; own the budget, the vibe, and the post‑event retail “Pull”.
  • The Influencer “Vibe Check”:
    Manage social program, ambassadors, influencer relationships; curate the “Active Texas Lifestyle” moments they share rather than just “sending product”.
  • Agency Management:
    Act as the daily point of contact for PR Agency, ensuring alignment to grow the brand.
  • The “Retail Loop” Strategy:
    Coordinate with the Territory Manager to run targeted marketing blitzes.
  • Brand Stewardship:
    Ensure 100% brand alignment across all digital and physical touch points as the protector of the All Día story.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Event Management, or Brand Growth (Hospitality/Spirits experience is a must).
  • Agency Leadership:
    Proven ability to manage third‑party agencies and hold them to ROI‑based metrics.
  • Community Expertise:
    Deeply embedded in Austin’s “Social Scene” with established community partnerships.
  • Hustle‑First Mindset: A self‑starter who thrives on “the hunt” and is comfortable being in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    Ability to analyze depletion charts and determine exactly where to pivot marketing spend for maximum impact.
Compensation Model
  • Base Salary: $75,000
  • Event Performance:
    Event bonus
  • Volume Growth:
    Case depletion on total territory volume.
  • Founding Team Status:
    Direct reporting to the Founder and the opportunity to shape the national marketing playbook.
