Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 2/3 days in‑office)

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year

Experience

Required:

3–5 years in marketing

• Content Strategy & Performance:
  Generate monthly content ideas aligned with client goals, ensure visibility in AI search/LLMs, monitor results (traffic, acquisition, rankings), and present outcomes in Looker dashboards.
• Content Production Process:
  Lead expert interviews, prepare questions, manage Trello workflows, and coordinate writers through drafts to final Clearscope‑optimized articles.
• Editing & Publishing:
  Edit and finalize drafts, manage client feedback, and upload polished articles into the client’s CMS.
• Client Management:
  Conduct weekly/fortnightly calls, provide status updates, handle inquiries, and manage scope.
• Writing:
  Contribute to content creation for clients and internal teams.
• Collaboration:
  
  Participate in strategy calls, brainstorming sessions, and monthly one‑on‑ones for career development.

• 3–5 years of marketing experience.
• Strong attitude, excellent writing skills, and strategic thinking.
• Clarity of thought and ability to construct logical arguments in writing.
• Highly curious with a commitment to deep research on topics.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on the bigger picture.
• Growth mindset: open to feedback, new processes, and continuous skill improvement.
• Empathetic approach to readers and clients.
• Willingness to learn about the financial services/fintech sector (fintech background not required).
