Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role involves a deep understanding of paid advertising, data analysis, and performance optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make adjustments and improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to enhance conversion rates.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Perform keyword research and audience segmentation to identify opportunities for targeting and growth.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ads and landing pages.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
- Manage retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager) to track and report on performance metrics.
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for data interpretation and campaign optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
