Be the person who brings structured debate to Austin. Build the community, host the events, own the city. Revenue share, stipends, and equity.

Austin is one of the best cities in America for this. Tech-forward, community-obsessed, packed with people who love a good argument. The debate scene here is not crowded. It is empty. You would be the one who fills it.

A massive young professional and student population hungry for intellectual community beyond happy hours. A thriving meetup culture with bars, co-working spaces, and event venues everywhere.

South by Southwest, the university scene, and the startup culture create the perfect environment for live debate. Nobody is doing this here  would be first.

• Host at least one live debate event per month
• Recruit members through local outreach and word of mouth
• Build sponsorship relationships with local businesses
• Represent Super Debate at community events and meetups
• Share feedback and help shape the national playbook

• Revenue share on all events and memberships in your city
• Monthly stipends once you hit activity milestones
• Equity track for ambassadors who commit long‑term (12+ months)
• Full support from HQ: playbooks, marketing, and direct founder access
