Tik Tok Pangle empowers advertisers to extend their reach beyond Tik Tok by accessing top local publishers through trusted, intelligent and performance-driven advertising solutions. Tik Tok Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America.

The Pangle Product Strategy & Operations (PSO) team is part of the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) organization and has a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, regional business teams, Tik Tok product pillar counterparts, and Pangle headquarters product and tech teams, aiming to deliver highly efficient advertising solutions to drive Tik Tok for Business performance ads revenue growth.

• Strategize Pangle Global Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts in the agency & scaled growth client segment.
• Design, manage, and execute Pangle GTM programs in collaboration with HQ and regional teams, ensuring successful product and solution rollouts across key markets.
• Develop compelling, audience-centric product marketing content to increase awareness and understanding of Pangle's solutions.
• Define and implement Pangle Sales and Client Enablements strategy. Collaborate with cross-function partners and regional teams to scale and continuously refine enablement programs.
• Identify product gaps and growth opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and recommend improvements in close partnership with field and product teams.
• Support regional business-operation teams in realizing business opportunities through scalable internal and external activities, e.g., client meetings, seminars, training sessions.
• Build and optimize processes, tools, and automation to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and team productivity.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in the internet industry, preferably with experience in product marketing or strategy operations.
• Excel in English at both oral and written capabilities, able to communicate fluently and professionally to communicate with stakeholders in different regions and countries.
• Solid project management skills with proven success driving complex and multi-stakeholder programs independently or with limited guidance, strong research, data analysis and problem solving skills, with customer centric mindset.
• Strong sense of ownership in identifying business opportunities and drive realization.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders across timezones.
• Team player, think strategically and act tactically.
