  • Translate planograms, diagrams, and visual layouts into fully executed physical environments (branded signage, interactive displays, booth setups, and visual storytelling elements).
  • Ensure all displays, exhibit structures, marketing materials, and décor pieces are produced correctly, shipped on time, and installed to specification.
  • Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, invoicing, and ongoing vendor relationships.

  • Manage guest registration processes, guest lists, ticketing platforms, and attendee communications.
  • Oversee event staff schedules, briefing documents, assignments, and on‑site management.
  • Serve as the on‑site lead for all major events to ensure flawless execution and rapid problem‑solving.
  • Coordinate technical needs (A/V equipment, presentation setups, live streaming, video/audio recording).
  • Ensure all event areas meet accessibility requirements and support fully inclusive participation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design events that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community engagement goals.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives (brand visibility, creative strategy, audience engagement, experiential marketing campaigns).
