As the Manager, Content Marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of content across the buyer journey – from awareness to retention. You will lead a small team of content creators and collaborate with product, demand‑gen, and other stakeholders to produce content that educates security practitioners and influences buyers.

• Own content strategy and monthly roadmap, aligned to product launches, events, and trending topics.
• Lead the production of high‑quality, engaging content across formats: blog posts, web pages, research reports, case studies, infographics, and videos.
• Partner with the in‑house SEO team to optimize content for search visibility and AEO to drive traffic and qualified conversions.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop thought‑leadership content that establishes Spy Cloud as a trusted voice in identity threat protection.
• Develop lead‑generation assets and nurture campaigns in collaboration with demand‑gen and product marketing.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel distribution strategies across web, email, and social.
• Map content to target personas and key verticals, tailoring messaging to specific pain points and buying triggers.
• Analyze content performance metrics, using data to optimize strategies and prioritize high‑impact content.
• Lead and mentor a team of creators and agency partners, fostering a high‑impact creative culture.
• Serve as steward of Spy Cloud’s editorial voice and content standards across all channels.

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity content marketing, with strong writing and copy‑editing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Track record of building content programs that demonstrably contributed to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong storytelling ability and the talent to translate complex technical concepts into engaging content.
• Knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices; experience with Air Ops is a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to measure and analyze content performance.
• In‑depth experience with website content and proficiency with Word Press content staging and review.
• Experience managing internal contributors and third‑party vendors to meet objectives.
• Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about staying updated on industry trends.

Base Salary Range: $108,000 – $140,000. The salary range reflects the expected base compensation for a fully qualified candidate at this level based on experience, qualifications, and market data at the time of posting.
