We’re Not a Typical Law Firm
Since 2015, Lincoln-Goldfinch Law has helped thousands of immigrant families navigate one of the most complex systems in the world — and we’ve built a team that genuinely cares about every single one of them. We’re 110 people strong, award-winning, and growing fast.
Our clients come to us during some of the most critical moments of their lives. That responsibility shapes how we work. “That’s not my job” doesn’t exist here. When something needs to get done, we step up — and we hold ourselves to a high standard because our clients deserve nothing less.
If that sounds like your kind of place, keep reading.
The role:We’re looking for a Bilingual Marketing Manager (English/Spanish) who gets things done. This is an execution role — you’ll own the day-to-day management of our marketing function: supervising an in-house team, coordinating SEO vendors, driving community outreach, and building campaigns that bring in qualified leads, not just traffic.
You won’t be setting strategy from a whiteboard. You’ll be in the work — reviewing copy, managing timelines, holding vendors accountable, and constantly asking: is this actually moving the lead needle?
You’ll report directly to the COO and work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Intake teams to make sure what marketing generates actually converts.
What You’ll Own:- Execution & Team Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate daily execution across your in-house marketing team — social media, content, and design
- Manage external SEO/SEM vendors: set expectations, review deliverables, hold them accountable to lead-generation outcomes
- Keep campaigns on schedule and on-brand — you’re the one making sure things actually ship
- Run weekly marketing standups and report performance to the COO on a clear, consistent cadence
- Qualified Lead Generation
- Own the number that matters: qualified leads into our intake funnel — not impressions, not followers
- Analyze the lead-to-hire funnel and identify where drop‑off is happening — then fix it
- Collaborate with Intake and Sales to align on what a qualified lead looks like and how marketing can send more of them
- Drive community outreach initiatives — events, partnerships, and local presence — targeted at immigrant communities in Austin and beyond
- Campaigns & Creative
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across paid social, organic content, email, and community channels
- Write and direct messaging that resonates with immigrant audiences — empathetic, clear, bilingual where needed
- Build and test creative concepts: what message, what format, what channel gets us the right client at the right cost
- Manage the content calendar across all active channels and ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Funnel & Performance Optimization
- Monitor and report on cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, channel attribution, and lead quality weekly
Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and messaging to continuously improve conversion rates - Identify bottlenecks between marketing and intake — and drive cross‑team fixes, not just diagnoses
- Use data from our CRM and analytics tools to inform every campaign and budget decision
- Monitor and report on cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, channel attribution, and lead quality weekly
- Brand & Reputation
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels — one that reflects our mission and earns trust with immigrant communities
- Manage online reputation including Google reviews, social comments, and press mentions
- Ensure all public-facing content reflects LGL values: dignity, empathy, and bilingual excellence
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — required. Our clients and communities speak both.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years supervising a team or managing vendors
- Proven track record of improving lead generation quality — not just volume or vanity metrics
- Experience managing SEO/SEM vendors and holding them to business outcomes, not just rankings
- Comfortable running paid social campaigns (Meta, Google) and reading the numbers behind them
- Experience in immigration, legal, or professional services is a strong plus
